The objective is to lead participants to transform complex problems into simple solutions.
Any forced action over a complex system produces paradoxical effects. Complex problems can only be influenced. Participants learn to comprehend, use and, in some cases, develop drivers, catalysts and inhibitors of entropy for the management of complex problems.
The Unicist Research Institute is specialized in the research of complexity. TURI is one of the internationally recognized institutions in the field of complexity sciences.
The in-company corporate university provides programs based on Counseling Driven Learning, and tools to manage complex problems in their local or global applications.

Methodology
The methodology used in these programs is based on unicist conceptual analysis.
It provides both a set of tools for conceptual analysis to approach complex problems and a set of tools for management to approach reality through a cause-effect analysis.
Counselors lead participants during the process of managing concepts in their field of learning. They are responsible for supporting them in the use of logical inferences and derivations to infer future scenarios and diagnose real problems.
Unicist Methodology establishes a secure context that allows participants to test their conceptual developments in the real world.
The main objective of this methodology is to develop diagnoses and prognoses to be applied to reality. During the program, participants use “Conceptual Benchmarks” as a very important tool to catalyze the learning process. For this purpose to be achieved, the experience of other institutions and people is transformed into useful knowledge. The process ends when results are measured in the real world.
Counselors give feed-back and support to all real applications done by participants.
At The Unicist Corporate University theory and practice is a unit. The process involves: “action – thought/reflection – action”. It all begins and ends in action in the real world.
Cost
The cost is defined per module, according to the number of participants involved in each program. It includes the correspondent counseling services. |
