. Functionality of the individual's dominant types of thought
. Areas of greatest potential
. Natural Functional Strategies |
This action plan includes three levels of objectives to be achieved to empower the participant’s talents:
1) In the short term – The empowerment of his/her natural talents.
2) In the middle term – The development of complementary skills.
3) In the long term – The integration of natural skills and their complements in order to be applied in upgraded business strategies.
Counselors guide the empowering and feedback process. The application field is agreed between the participant and his/her counselor. |
